As most of my regular clients will know, I've been taking a break recently after having a baby in September.  My little boy James and I have been getting out and about to several baby groups and meeting lots of new mums and babies.  One of the activities we both really enjoy is baby massage classes.  Eileen Welsh aka Cheshire Complementary Healthcare teaches baby massage at most of the Children's Centres in East and West Cheshire.  She is a fantastic teacher and the babies love her.  The techniques I've learned at the classes really helped James when he was suffering with colic and we both find the classes to be a really relaxing change to an otherwise non stop week!

I took my camera along to one of the sessions so Eileen could have some photos for her website.  It's not just about the babies either, I can recommend visiting her in Congleton for a bit of time out for yourself! Check out her website for more details of the treatments she offers.
