Teddy Bears Picnic at Cholmondeley Castle
The sun shone all day for all the families that were at the Teddy Bears Picnic at Cholmondeley Castle on 5th August. It was a fantastic day full of great activities for the children including a Teddy Bear Hunt, Punch and Judy show, Lucky Dip, Hook a Duck, Tombola and lots of teddy bear themed crafts. There was a dance demonstration by Emma from diddi dance and face painting by Sharon from Hullabaloo Kids. All the money raised this year was for the One in Eleven Appeal - to fund a new neo natal unit at Leighton Hospital and the final figure raised was £4300.00!
I photographed this event for the One in Eleven Appeal so that they had a record of the day and some shots to use for publicity. Apparently some have made the Crewe Chronicle this week, I've yet to get myself a copy! Here are a selection of photos from the day.
